CSS problem with Thumbnails (1 post)

    Hello!

    I need some help. Ive downloaded the themplate "shaped", and use the thumbs exerpts pluggin.

    My blog: http://www.tecnoshot.com

    But i want the thumnail, LOOK LIKE THIS: http://www.linkdedescarga.com

    but in my blog it looks strange... imean the width and height depends on the image uploaded, ... on linkdedescarga.com the image gets into the rectangle....

    Does anyone knows how to make this?
