CSS Problem with OSX/Firefox (12 posts)

    My CSS is totally ok with IE/Firefox on a PC, but for Firefox on a Mac looks funky, with all that black space...

    See URL:

    Here is the code I thought would fix this problem:
    }
    #insideWrapper:after{
    content: "."; display: block; line-height: 1px; font-size: 1px; clear: both;}

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks,
    Mat

    Looks like your #content takes up too much space, thus pushing the #menu down at the bottom, either that or you need to make the #rap's background white, instead of black (I haven't really looked into your code, so I wouldn't know wether or not I'm using the right class names.

    This is an interesting question. You may need to add a clearer div to bring down the background. But I think I am right in saying this a Mac glitch and is unsolveable.

    If it ever validates and still displays the oddnesses, you can call it a Mac glitch. Until then, it's just invalid XHTML.

    You'd be wrong in saying that.
