CSS not loading on a certain page only in firefox and IE, fine in chrome

Hi.

I have 5 categories in wordpress.
They all have the exact same page layout, and use the same php template file.

One of these pages will not load any css on firefox or IE, but works fine in chrome, the other pages work fine on all browsers.

Nothing is different from the page that doesn’t load, I copied over the php contents from other files etc and still nothing.

The page is also showing as loading CSS fine but it wont display
