CSS and Line Breaks No Longer Working In Color Box After Latest Update

Hello,
So I use a color box on my sidebar text widget. I had CSS on the text but for some reason after updating today, the CSS no longer appears. If I remove the color box, the CSS appears normally.

Any ideas?
