    Where is the style sheet for the plugin? I keep trying to edit the css via the theme but the plugin is injecting more css from a php file i assuming sine i cant pull up the url.

    There is no style sheet. Eazyest Gallery uses the WordPress gallery shortcode function to display the thumbnails.
    You can override the css, or filter it out alltogether e.g. http://www.deluxeblogtips.com/2011/11/how-to-remove-inline-style-of-wordpress-gallery-shortcode.html

    Having more issues with the slideshow css. It keeps making a massive pad from the top to the image.

    Thanks one more question. If your not using a theme that isnt in the plugins theme folder what pages does the theme use?

    Im trying to use the Bazar theme. When i click the gallery page how do i know what page template thats using?

    The gallery root displays an archive for your galleryfolders. If you don't include a template, archive.php will be used.
    Please check archive-galleryfolder.php on how to build your own archive template
