CSS – Left column is cut off

    Hey.
    My CSS is rusty and someone else created my theme.

    The left blue column is getting cut off and I’m not sure why.
    I’ve been tweeking the heights and bottom-paddings but I can’t seem to crack the code.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
