   on this site, http://www.networkersville.com , I am trying to create a new template based on kubrick.

   you will see that in Firefox, the header stays at the top, but in IE, the header takes up the entire page.

   I can't seem to figure out the issue within the CSS file. looking for advice from those who have tried to create their own template based on kubrick. thanks.
