CSS file not being read/opened

ok, I admit I’m a noob when it comes to wordpress. So, that being said here is my issue. I’ve built a wordpress site using a free template. When you go to http://www.g2vfx.com it just shows the raw html code and not any pics, color… I’ve talked to the service provider and they’re saying it’s not them. Funny thing is, when it was first loaded it worked, the service provider tweaked the htaccess file to get the other pages to load, but still worked ok for the next 10 min online then nothing.

I don’t know what to do or where to begin! Can someone please assist me?
