   I have a wordpress site that has a css drop down menu in the header... and on some pages i have some flash headers in the body of the page.

   When you pull down the menus if the drop down goes over the flash it looks as if the menu it either behind the flash object or the flash object just cuts it out.

   This only seems to happen in Internet Explorer 7 and 8... any ideas?

   got it:

   <param name="wmode" value="transparent">

   Had to add the above to my flash attributes...
