CSS Div problem

The site displays fine in most browsers and computers but on some. Mainly IE, the div on the right hand side of the page get’s messed up and it makes the featured articles, and sidebar look skewed.

If anyone can replicate the problem and help me fix it, it’d be much appreciated!
