CSS-color / font modification plug-in

Hi community,

i thinking about writing my first plug-in but i wanted to check first if there is nothing similar.

Background:

We organize workshops how to work with wordpress. Installing plug-ins / themes and managing the whole stuff. I really like wordpress simplicity and backend design and the whole workshop is about building your own website without knowing any kind of HTML / CSS / PHP.

The Plug-in:

• Integrate a function for uploading a logo & write a short theme function for placing it.
• Reading color / font informations form style.css and make a nice backend modification screen.

Most important is there anything like this for wordpress??? Please don’t let me make something another already realized.

Is there a stylesheet editor script for fonts / colors written in php what could be a basis for this plug-in?
