[resolved] CSS background-image in Multisite not working (9 posts)

I just enable Multisite on my WordPress site. I created a test site on the network. When I visit my new site none of the images that are defined as a background-image in my stylesheet for that theme are showing up (loading) on the site. Any ideas how to fix this?

  2. Do you mean none of your CSS loads at all?

What's in your .htaccess and are you using subfolder or subdomains?

No, the css does load but the definitions for background-image don't work. It is a subfolder setup. This is in the htaccess:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # uploaded files
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]
    # END WordPress

  4. Can you link to the site having this problem?

It was a stupid mistake on my part. Forgot to upload images to my images folder in my theme.
