   Hi,

   I have a website http://www.focus-ecology.com

   Now i have 2 issues one how do I make my background stay at the bottom on all pages and not jump around?

   Also on this page http://www.focus-ecology.com/about/fern-fellows/ I want to add a unique side bar where it says widgets how do I do this?
