Crystal Child Theme-Issues After Update

    Hello. I was using the Crystal Theme for a long while now, and it worked fine. Recently, after the last theme update, whenever the crystal theme is active, it does not display properly in wordpress and refers me to the edit theme screen, even when I’m not logged into wordpress, and just trying to view it normally as the public would. If anyone knows how to correct the bad code, or revert the crystal theme to a previous version that works, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    It looks like that’s a studiopress theme? In that case, you’ll need to ask them for help, as these forums only support themes from the repository on this site.

    Yes, it is a studiopress theme, and have already sent them an email about it. I was just hoping there was an easier way of reverting it to an older version without having to go through the run-around. The themes were included into my wordpress by the builder when he uploaded it. As such, he is the studiopress customer, not me.

    Do you have a complete backup of the site and database?
