   I cannot access the Crybook Settings from the Admin bar. I get the following link with a page not found error:

   http://madwriter.net/blog/wp-admin//var/www/mad/blog/wp-content/themes/crybook/functions.php

   My blog address is http://madwriter.net and my WordPress address is http://madwriter.net/blog/

   I am not sure where it is pulling the ../blog/wp-admin/ (blog location) and /var/www/mad/blog/... (server location). Notice the "//" between the two in the
