crossposting to multisite blogs

I’m trying to run several online only “newspapers” on a Multisite installation. I occasionally have an article that should be posted to multiple sites, and I find copying and pasting to multiple sites boring and tedious. I need a plugin that will allow me to post the SAME article to multiple blogs.

Anyone know of a plugin that does this, not just advertize it does it this, but fails to do so?
