Cross-Browser Troubleshooting

    Can anyone tell me why Chrome and Safari would remove an entire image tag from a .php? The <img> tag works fine in other browsers but is occasionally being removed entirely while in Chrome and Safari.

    A user enters data in the form of pics/text and upon hitting the submit button, the data is entered to their profile. But in Chrome and Safari, the profile comes out completely fine except that the <img> tag is completely gone.
