   Is their any way that can turn a single wordpress site into compatible in all major browsers?..specially IE..

   Yes.
   It takes extensive and accurate use of HTML and CSS. There are certain rules to follow, rules-of-thumb that aren't usually discussed from on-line tutorials.

   Thanks a lot Andrew.

   But is their any plugin that can make the site directly compatible to all major browsers?

   for example my site is already ok in chrome and then its not good in other browsers then i'll install that plugin then it will fix the css errors or so to make it compatible to another browser.

   I hope their is.. ;(

   There isn't, if there was it would be worth a hefty premium.

   Try sorting out any markup errors. Then move onto any CSS errors.
