I am experiencing some cross browser compatibility issues with my site, http://choreographypros.com.
The site looks fine in Firefox, but when I view it on some computers using IE9, the main navigation bar (at the top of the page), gets displayed behind the main sliders.
I've been told that I may need to create IE specific code in my .css file, but I'm not sure how to do that.
Can anyone provide some assistance?
Thanks,
Hi dcotton05,
There are often compatibility issues between browsers, I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. The WordPress Codex offers some suggestions for identifying and fixing those types of issues:
http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS_Troubleshooting
http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS_Fixing_Browser_Bugs
A tool that I find very helpful when analyzing CSS is the Firebug extension for either Firefox or Chrome. I would suggest installing that as well and using it when analyzing the CSS of your site.
Hope this helps!
