Needed to revise our Custom Header on our blog, using theme: Vista Real Estate 1.2 by Gorilla Theme. Following the simple steps to upload the new header, once new header is uploaded - it takes you to this "Crop and Publish" the cropping tool will not expand larger to allow the banner to fill the size of site. Once "Cropped" it only fills 1/3 of the banner area on the blog! There is no getting around this cropping step.
