   Is there way to resize and cropp all sizes without distorting propotions?

   SAY, I want to upload an image 800x545 and need it to be 400x300, with whatever is on the left and right to be cropped.
   When i select Thumbnail dimensions 400x300, THIS WORKS!

   But i also need other sizes, Medium & Large to be resized and cropped to exact size (Medium: 400x400, Large: 500x500). Without distorting.

   Is there a way / plugin to do this?
   I am currently doing it all with Photoshop.
