Hello WP Users,
We are using WordPress 3.5.1, and after we installed that the option:
Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional) in /wp-admin/options-media.php doesn't work.
Can somebody help us, please?, thank you.

Hmm, have you changed the settings at all?
Maybe try regenerating your thumbnails using this plugin:

Hi PinkishHue, thank you for your response.
The problem was that EasyApache didn't have "GD Library" enable, we changed that and all works fine now.
