cron jobs conflict

    hello
    I have a problem with the execution of cron jobs tasks and I think that there is any relation or conflict with plugin Top 10 – Popular posts plugin.
    I use plugin SNAP – Social Auto Poster Plugin, which requires stopping the cron job function in wp-config.Php files – define (‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true); and also setting for automatic execution of cron job function in 5 minutes(wp-config.php), by hosting C-panel . This i use for stop the possibility of dublicate post content.
    The problem is that when i activate the Top 10 – Popular posts plugin, implementation of cron job function stops working normal.
    Please help

    How exactly cron job function stops working?

    When Top 10 plugin is activated SNAP stops to auto publish post to Facebook, that are set to Scheduled. When i deactivate Top 10, everything is ok.
