Creativo 4.0 not allowing settings to be saved

    I’m migrating WordPress for a client. DB & files moved fine but for some reason settings for the theme options hasn’t copied.

    Tried importing settings from the existing installation and manually matching the setting but it doesn’t seem to be saving anything.

    It says options updated when saved but when I navigate away and back to the tab everything’s been removed or replaced with odd characters (usually ‘<‘ or a ‘? in a diamond’).

    The font size/padding etc. sliders won’t move and it won’t let me manually input numbers.

    I know I’m not on 3.8 yet but I wanted to get the site running as it currently is before updating, as I’ve had issues with other 3.8 updates and time is of the essence right now.

    Can anyone advise things to check or how to fix? Already been through file permission settings which are fine. Thanks
