creativix navigation menu tool & page attribute

I am using Creativix Theme and need help:

(a) navigation tool for menus only has the one spot — even when I save the menu and the navigation, it overrides each other so I only have one menu — how do I add other menus to the navigation area?

(b) how do I add “parent/child” to the page attribute when creating new pages. Currently, it only gives me the “sample page” option.
