Creation of 301 redirect

My posts were previously in ‘post-name’ permalink settings, back then i have posted those urls to my facebook, twitter pages and also submitted to google webmasters tool and bing webmasters tool. But now i have changed my permalinks to ‘default’ so i want to create a 301 moved permanently redirect for those old links, so that not only the followers of my page from facebook & twitter can access them but also the google and bing bot can.
