I’m working on creating a Frequently Asked Questions page for a project that I am working on. One of my primary goals, and one of the reasons I am using WordPress, is because I want anyone to be able to edit the website after it is complete without coding knowledge.

I want to create a typical FAQ page where each link jumps to a section on the page. This is very easy to accomplish using the code editor. However, since I want this to be edited by anyone I would really like a way to create these links using the visual editor.

I’m currently using h3 for the questions and paragraphs for the answers. The jump links are listed in an unordered list.

Is there any way to make this page non-coder friendly by allowing users to create links that jump to an area of the page? Or do I need to find a different solution?
