    Hi gizzymomo,

Can I confirm you have completed the initial setup to enable the invoice page to work correctly?

    Gizzymomo,

When I say the setup, I mean have you filled out all the details on the settings page?

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay in reply. Are you able to send me a screenshot of what your seeing on the invoice page to the support email listed on the settings page? I'm still not 100% sure what your issue could be here.

    Hi,

It is clearly telling you to go to the settings page and fill out the options. Please make sure that ALL options have been entered.

If you would like, send me a screenshot of the settings page and I can tell you what settings your missing.

Ok, it's due to the row calculation field. Your creating an invoice so you need more than "Web Development" as a column.

Try defining 4 columns: Description, hours, rate and subtotal. Save that then choose "hours x rate = subtotal" from the drop downs. Then choose subtotal as the subtotal calculation column.

Save than then give it a go.
