    Hello,

We purchased the Modern Tribe Calendar pro. Its great for inside wordpress but our home page is an index html page. We would like to put a widget on the home page showing recent events. Any suggestions on how to make this happen?

    Thank you!

Hi there captaincrispy. Thanks for the note. It's worth keeping in mind, as a PRO user you have access to our premium forums at http://tri.be/support/forums. Those are more actively monitored (daily, not weekly) and we can provide a deeper level of support there than we can here. I'd suggest bringing issues there in the future to get a quicker response.

The calendar definitely includes widgets to display events, but it by default shows upcoming events and not ones that occurred in the past. You'd want to tweak it a bit to pull in previous events, but our tutorial on customizing widgets ought to help you out there: http://tri.be/how-to-completely-customize-widgets/.

    Hope that helps!
