   I need to create a custom plugin to add custom text onto the end of a post. Sometimes the text will be a link but not always. The reason I'd like it like this is because I sometimes link to an advertiser's site, but other times I just want to give a small paragraph of text. I need to be able to type it once, save it with a good title (since there will be more than one fields), and be able to reuse it by simply clicking on the title. Can anyone point me in the right direction as for documents to look at? Thanks!

   Alternatively, it's easy to create your own custom editor quicktags. Google for "custom quicktag wordpress" to find several tutorials on the topic.
