   looks like a 'news ticker' for which there are wordpress plugins (which i haven't used myself).

   Yeah, I actually looked at the coding at the site I want to copy it from, I think it's written in there, there's nothing where it says
   http://domopod.me/wp-content/plugins/

   So, I def think it's written.
