   Like to create a .php file that will rotate pics for me.
   So, everytime someone logs into my site. the banner of the site will change the top of my site with one of the banners

   I'm using the "TAKTEEK01 1.4.4" theme.
   This theme lets you change banners

   Unsure, if I can put a link in there for a .php file?

   Try looking for a rotating banner plugin.

   Trying to get away from plugins dude, dreamhost, tells me they cause a lot of problems resources, trying to try go code if I can thats all but okay!

   But if you download one and start taking it apart, you may end up with some very useful pieces of code. Ditto for any themes that have rotating banners.
