Creating a poll with image answers

I am really need of some help or guidance. I need to make polls and attach images to the answers. And it all needs to be easy its for an client. I have been checking out the poll plugins but neither of them allows of uploading and attaching an image to the answers. (I checked out WP-polls and Surveys)

Anyone who could point me out to a good-plugin or something else that might help me?
