Creating a page with post titles listed in alphabtical order from a category

Hi all,

I have tried reading a lot of tutorials including http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#A_Page_of_Posts but I couldn’t get it working correctly the way I want to.

Basically I am using wordpress posts for an online store. There is a category called “Shop” and there are multiple child categories for all the different products.

I am trying to create a page that lists all products A-Z. So I want to take all the posts in all the child categories under Shop and list them all, without excerpts, just the post name, in alphabetical order.

I tried the Page of Posts tutorial above but it didn’t seem to work because it didn’t grab the posts from all the child categories. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can accomplish this?
