creating a page with permalink to match custom post type

I want to create a page that shows a sample of posts found under custom taxonomies and post types. My post type is ‘photos’ and I have taxonomies of ‘labelled’ and ‘set’.

My permalink structure for the post type is http://localhost/photography/ and I’ve got all my posts and archives working great under this permalink structure.

However I just can’t figure out how I’d create a custom page (in this case to list thumbnails grouped under each label or set).

The problem isn’t about coding the page, it’s about how to create it so it would sit correctly in my permalinks. I could create a custom page template, however this wouldn’t sit under the photography permalink slug. For example:

or
http://localhost/photography/sets
