   Hi,

   I'm new to the WordPress world and it looks like a great bit of kit. I would like to set-up a jobs board in the same way that freelanceswitch.com have done. This site is pretty close to what I'm looking for.

   Can anybody advise as to how I can start to create something similar?

   Any help would be much appreciated.

   I can see that the question I have asked is quite challenging havind done some more research today ;-)

   So a better question is does anybody know what theme freelanceswitch.com is based on?

   There are a great many job boards available, many free written in PHp and My Sql, you may be able to get someone to integrate this into wordpress, as I've never seen any plugin for this purpose.
   Alternatively if your hosting allows more than one database, you could install a job board as a seperate section to your blog,
   Just some ideas, but I wish you luck.

   if you want a jobboard, then i suggest jobberBase. just google for it...

   You may want to look at Jobberpress. It is a theme for wordpress designed to be a job board.
