   If I have a Multisite install in root (like in http://www.example.com) and have Subfolder based sites (like in http://www.example.com/site/), is there a way to create an actual folder (with static files) which in URL looks like if is a Subfolder of the virtual site? (like http://www.example.com/site/folder/)

   Not really. You can make a page named 'folder' on the site, though and have it act like a folder.
