First time post, new to WordPress. So I hope I can be clear and understood in my request for assistance.

I have created a page which I have utilized a Contact Form 7 section. I have added extra forms (telephone number, radio buttons to let me know how many people they would like to register and a checkbox to confirm all individuals are adult age). When reviewing my site these forms are visible but when sending myself test emails these extra forms do not show up in the email message, therefore questions are useless.

I have tried to include the form tag code into "Additional headers:" as well as to the "Message body:" (similar format as the following example "From: [your-name] <[your-email]>"). I can't find any other places to experiment or enable such form tags to appear in the sent emails.

I hope my explanation is clear. Thanks
    Barry

If the new field is for example [text text-714] then you should include [text-714] in the Message body of the email under the Mail settings of the contact form.
