   plugin hangs on the create your app screen, initializing...

   any suggestions?

   Yes. Same issue here.

   Many times during the creation process it says "Application is saved but not yet created retry or cancel. Retrying several times finally reaches 99%, but never creates with a message to contact support and Cancel Scanning.

   There is a known issue on the recent hours that is affecting new Apps installations.
