    Hello,
I downloaded and installed with your plugin, but I have a problem to enable a user regardless of the role they have in site (director / subscriber / event creator), to can post both public and personal events. How can I get each user to be able to publish personal events that wants to share only with specific users or friends without the site administrator's consent and without these events appear on the site, visible to everyone.
Also I want to be possible for each user when he create an event, to can make different each event (with a different color / icon / tag) in the list of events, depending on the type of event, public, private (visible only a certain group of users), or personal.
How can I create user groups where already registered users can join? How can users create their own groups? Do you know any plugin that you can integrate with your plugin to solve these two problems?

    Hello,

You need to make the user an Administrator, Editor, or an Author - All of these roles have the capabilities that allow them publish private (or any) events.

Next, here is an article that describes how to make an event private or password protected: http://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/525729-how-do-i-make-an-event-private-or-password-protected-

v1.9 will allow you to change and customize your calendar and change font colours. Also, your events will show up the colour of the category that you assigned to it. So, if you create a category called "private events' and select the colour blue, all your events under that category will appear in blue.

I am not aware of how you can create user groups - our plugin does not offer this type of functionality. Here is a list of the different roles that you can assign and the different capabilities each role has: http://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/600971-what-permissions-do-the-different-roles-have-for-the-all-in-one-event-calendar-

    I hope this helps.
    Take care

    Hi mastervyk,

I am going to mark this as resolved as we have not heard from you in over a month.

    Regards.
