   I am developing a blog with high standardized post. All has exactely the same HTML structure, only information change. I have 1700 posts in an xml file created for a management with a handmade sofware. Is there a plugin which can create multiple post from a kind of xml file?

   Not as far as I know. But if you search for "csv" in the Plugin section you will find a lot of plugins for importing data from csv, perhaps it is easy to mod some of these to exclude the xml wrapping and only the data. Perhaps one of them already have this functionality already. Have a look.
