Create KML from post fields (1 post)

I'd like to do create a route path for my blog (cycling London to Kenya - http://www.pedallingalltheway.com) from fields that I'm going to add to my blog posts. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do it. There may be a plugin that will work, but I can't find one. It's probably simple if you know what you're doing!

Basically, every blog post I do will have a LatLong field added to it. I'd likea KML file to be automatically created simply producing a path that includes all of these in a sequential order so that I can put it over a Google map (like can be found at, for example http://www.atlanticrow2007.com/wordpress/?p=45 where, because the trip is finished, there's simply a fixed KML that I created).

Is there an easy way of doing this? I know very little about computery things, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Samn
