Create a Submission and Voting Site

    Hi, I am building a site and I want to know if there is a way to create a submission and voting site using wordpress. I am currently using the Buddypress theme, but it does not do what I want, which is allow users to submit articles and have them voted on. Is there a theme or plugin that will allow me to build a site like that? Thanks.
