   Hi,

   Is there an effective way to create options lists, with radio buttons. Im currently having trouble arranging them, and i have no idea how to code them with conditional statements.

   is there a plugin or something that can help me create a list of options for my visitors to choose from, and they get sent to a different url based on the option they selected?

   I hope i worded that clearly.
