create 2nd line in footer?

    hi would like to create a 2nd line in my footer

    at the moment i have calligraphycompany.com & term and conditions on the same line.

    how do i place terms & conditions directly underneath calligraphycompany.com

    footer.php attached

    try to close the first paragraph tag after .Com; and open a new one directly after that;
    example:

    <div id="site-generator">

		<p>Copyright © 2011 CalligraphyCompany.Com</p><p><a href="http://www.calligraphycompany.com/terms-conditions">     Terms & Conditions</p>
			</div><!-- #site-generator --></a>
