Very simply, I have created a website http://www.ysgolydderwen.co.uk and the school want it to have two versions, english and welsh, which you can select at any time.
I was going to create an index with frames, 5% at the top to have a language selection bar and the rest including the Blog.
Which is the easiest way to do this? I tried duplicating the files and the database, which worked to a degree, but whenever I went to the second admin panel and tried to log in it directed me back to the original english one (and yes I did change all the http locations in the .sql file I exported.
Any suggestions?
Maybe consider using a multilanguage plugin?
Some options here, but not necessarily extensive (I think the first few are most up to date)

Just looking at them now, ideally i'd like one that translates pages, most refer to posts, will they be treated the same way?
@DCXtreme: I've not used any myself, but having just paid a visit to the plugin page for qTranslate and clicking on the 'about me' page, I can see two language/flag icons that are also present on the other posts.
So I assume this particular plugin must also works with pages.
Not sure about any other plugin I'm afraid.
