Now, I'm not well versed in coding or anything, so maybe you guys can help me (possibly) change this. Whenever I share my URLs of my blog posts, say on facebook or stumbleupon, it goes haywire. However, when that link "expands" on Facebook, here is what it does.

It also links to an image that is not on my site whatsoever. I used to use blogger and transferred over to WordPress, but never had an issue on the blogger format. If I shared the same link from a blogger blog, it would look something like

Is it a coding thing? Does it have something to do with an SEO plugin by Yoast? I'm confused and would love some help. My links are ugly.
