I've done all of the usual checks:
I have turned off ALL plugins and reverted to the default theme
I have checked allow anyone to comment in admin panel
I have checked my page.php
I have checked my footer.php
But it still doesnt work on these pages:

ONLY on other older pages:
http://staplecrops.com/index.php/hiphop_wordcount
Some comments have even disappeared from older posts.
I have been ignoring it for months but i can't any more. I had the problem BEFORE i upgraded to 2.6
Any help would be appreciated.
