Crawl Errors Up the Wazoo/Doesn't Uninstall Correctly

I love the idea and functionality of this plugin, but there are some major issues that should be addressed. For one, the ‘?wpmp_switcher=mobile/desktop’ addendum to the url creates a lot of crawl errors with Googlebot. This hurts page rankings. I uninstalled, but for some reason all the bad urls were still getting crawled even months after uninstall. Found out there are a lot of options in the wp-options tables that don’t get removed on an uninstall. I’ve removed all these entries, but I’m not sure this is the final step. Anymore advice on how to completely uninstall this thing?
