Crashing my server!

I’ve been getting horrible ram and cpu spikes, some bad enough to crash my dedicated server, most bad enough to slow it waaaaay down. This is what my tech has given me.

Your wp-options table is currently at 62,639 lines. The VAST majority of them look like this:

If you can find what and why is filling your wp-options table with this bloat, then stop it, we can try to clean it out, then the load should resolve itself.
